1.1 Astra Terms of Service.
These Astra Terms of Service (Astra Terms) are Terms to the Astra Terms of Use (TOU) and other Astra-branded websites and services(collectively, Astra or the Astra Services). Astra is a Service under the TOU.
1.2 Acceptance. In order to use Astra, you must first agree to these Astra Terms. You can accept these Astra Terms in the Astra user interface, in the registration process or by actually using Astra. You understand and agree that Astra deems your use of Astra as acceptance of these Astra Terms and the TOU.
1.3 Modifications to the Astra Services and these Astra Terms. Astra may make changes to the materials and features of the Astra Services as permitted by the TOU. Astra shall not be liable for any change, suspension or discontinuation of the Astra Services (or any part thereof). Astra may change these Astra Terms as permitted by the TOU.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT
2.1 Subscriptions. Paid subscriptions to Astra (Astra Group) are Subscriptions under the TOU. While we will be sad to see you go, you may cancel your Astra Subscription at any time, in which case your Astra Subscription will terminate immediately. However, there will be no refunds or credits for the remaining on your Astra Subscription or upgrade/downgrade refunds.
3. YOUR ASTRA ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 No automated account registrations. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted and are subject to termination.
3.2 One free account per person. You may only have one active, free Astra account at any time. Multiple Astra accounts for any person may be terminated by Astra.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.0 You Own Your Content. Astra does not own any proprietary content created by users of the Service. You acknowledge that Astra does not pre-screen any of the various content and materials (including, without limitation, any related data and information) submitted and posted on and/or as part of the Service by you, any Users of your Network or any of the other individuals or entities that elect, at their discretion, to access and/or use the Service (whether or not registered with the Service) or any third-party advertisers that have a contract for the marketing and advertising of any third-party products or services by means of the Service. You agree that Astra shall not have any obligations or responsibilities, nor any liability of any kind or nature, with respect to any such content or materials, and Astra hereby expressly disclaims any obligation to monitor and all liabilities with respect to any such content or materials that do not originate with Astra. Astra expressly reserves the right, at all times and at its sole discretion, to quarantine, remove, delete and/or refuse to continue to allow to be displayed and distributed on or as part of the Service any web page(s), or any content or materials and/or related data or information relating to your Account(s) that is made available via the Service to interested users (whether or not registered with the Service), such as, for example, and not as a limitation upon the generality of the foregoing, any content or materials that Astra believes may violate the rights of any third party or contravene any of the terms or conditions referenced in the Service Terms. Astra further reserves the right, at all times and at its sole discretion, to access, read, preserve and disclose any and all content and materials (including, without limitation, any related data and information) that it believes is necessary or that would facilitate compliance with any applicable law, statute, regulation, legal process or governmental request; the enforcement of the Service Terms, including, without limitation, the investigation of any apparent or perceived breach or default hereunder; the detection, prevention, and/or other efforts to address any apparent or perceived misrepresentation, fraud, security issue or technical matter; the investigation or other efforts to respond to any customer or other user support request; any efforts to secure and/or protect any of the rights, title and interests of Astra relating to the Service, and safeguarding the property and protecting the safety and security of Astra, its users (whether or not registered with the Service) and the public.
4.1 Form. In the course of using the Astra website, you may create certain templates, graphics or form documents (collectively, the Form Content) and load or post for other users. By making such Form Content available on the Form Gallery, you grant to Astra a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable, non-exclusive right to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works and exploit that Form Content in connection with Astra operation of Astra.
5. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
5.1 How to cancel your Astra account. You are responsible for properly canceling your Astra account. You can cancel your Astra account at any time through your account management page. Your account management page provides a simple ?no questions asked? cancellation mechanism. Any cancellation of your Astra account will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture of all data stored in your account. Account cancellations are confirmed immediately and you will not be charged again for that Astra Subscription unless you purchase a new Astra Subscription. You will not be provided any refunds for unused time in your billing cycle.
5.2 Cansellation. Cansellating your Astra account plan may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astra does not accept any liability for such losses.
5.3 Termination. Astra may terminate any free Astra accounts that do not receive a form submission for 6 months or where the accounts are not accessed for 6 months. Astra may suspend or terminate your Astra account if you breach these Astra Terms or your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth of other Astra users (as determined by Astra in its sole discretion). In each such case Astra may refuse to provide you any current or future use of Astra, or any other services provided by Astra.
6. PRIVACY
6.1 Privacy Statement. Your use of Astra is governed by the Astra Privacy Statement and the Astra Privacy Policy, which also applies to Astra. You agree that you are responsible for notifying respondents of forms that you create through Astra about how Astra uses data submitted through those forms as described in the Astra Privacy Statement.
7. GENERAL
7.1 Contracting entity. Astra is provided to you: (a) these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to its conflict of laws provisions); and (c) except if prohibited by applicable law, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in California, and the federal courts of California with respect to the subject matter of those terms.
8.APP. TERMS
8.1 Use of APP. You access your Astra account via Astra application and Astra hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (without the right to sublicense) to use operate and support your application or website using the Astra website (Application), and to distribute or allow access within your Application. Any use of the Astra website ( Application), that accesses Astra, is bound by these Astra Terms, plus the following specific items: (a) YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ASTRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ASTRA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE ASTRA WEBSITE ( Application). (b) Abuse of the Astra website ( Application), may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Astra website (Application). Astra, in its sole discretion, will determine if your usage constitutes abuse or excessive usage of the Astra website ( Application). Astra will endeavor to warn the account owner via email prior to suspension. (c) You agree not to use the Astra website ( Application), in any way that is unlawful or harms Astra, its service providers, your end users, or any other person. (d) Astra may modify, restrict or discontinue, at any time, temporarily or permanently, your access to the Astra website ( Application), (or any part thereof) with or without notice. (e) You agree to assist Astra, at its request, to verify compliance with these Astra Terms by providing us with information about your Application, including providing us with access to it and/or other materials related to your use of the Astra website (Application).
9. Security
Each User is assigned a unique username and password which is required to access their Astra account. It is each users responsibility to protect the security of his or her login information. Regardless of the security protections and precautions we undertake, there is always a risk that your personal data may be viewed and used by unauthorized third parties as a result of collecting and transmitting your data over the internet.

Privacy Policy
Free Domains
This is the standard way of registration. It's a free service! You need to have a website, homepage or web page online on an existing web address or the capability of setting up your own website/server with content. Every Internet user who surfs to your free domain address will automatically go to the website address you have registered. You can change your website address any time to redirect your users to a different website or web page.

Paid Domains
As a PAID domain name registrant, you receive the benefits of holding the legal license rights of the domain name. This means that you can register the domain for a longer period of time (1-10 years) and where you identify yourselves in the WHOIS record of the domain. Legal license holders (paid domain name registrants) are able to sell or transfer their domains - just like it is common with any top level domain.

All sales made on the Freenom website, My Freenom or through the Freenom API, either direct or through libraries or modules, are rendered directly from Freenom. All one-time sales are billed only once. Subscription based services, such as domain name registrations, hosting services, SSL certification and others are billed by bank wire, PayPal or credit card on a recurring basis. Freenom obtains and securely stores the payment information, such as credit card numbers and expiration dates either themselves, or through PCI compliant Payment Service Provider(s). On all subscriptions the Freenom Cancellation, Expired Domain Deletion, and Auto-Renew Policy applies, as listed on the Freenom Terms and Conditions page. Freenom has banking relationships with various banks around the world.

You agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and national laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations that apply to your use of the Freenom service.
